Directors

The QuickVault Board of Directors currently consists of the following Members and Founders:

John W. Geary, III, Chairman of the Board

John W. Geary, III is the Chairman of the Board of QuickVault, Inc. Mr. Geary is a former Board Member of Knowlagent, Auction Atlanta, and Cherokee Town and Country Club. He currently sits on the Boards of the Georgia Tennis Foundation and Stone Mountain Memorial Association, LLC.

Mr. Geary is a Managing Member of United Retail Development, LLC and has specialized in retail properties and real estate investment since 1982. He oversees all aspects of the development process beginning with tenant relationships and site selection, architectural layouts and engineering, interaction with government agencies, lease negotiations, financing, construction and disposition of the completed project.

Mr. Geary holds Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana real estate broker licenses and is the qualifying broker and Managing Member for United Retail Development Company, LLC. He is also a qualifying broker as well as President of Force Retail, Inc. and Geary Phelps Dodge, Inc. Both are real estate investment companies.

Mr. Geary is married to the former Stacy Hill and has two sons, Jack 11 and Riley 10.

Steve Bacastow, Co-Founder, Board of Directors, Secretary, Treasurer

Steve Bacastow is a QuickVault, Inc. co-founder, secretary and founding partner in Atlanta-based financial services consultancy, Collective Dynamics. Since 1996, Mr. Bacastow has been jointly responsible for all aspects of sales, project management and recruiting and has overseen the growth of the company from initial inception to over $3 Million in annual revenues. Mr. Bacastow lead the establishment of the firm's ecommerce practice, which focuses on matching technologies, tools, and architectures to best suit clientÕs ecommerce needs. In connection with this effort, Mr. Bacastow has developed key technology partnerships with leading providers of Internet solutions has undergone extensive training in solutions offered by these vendors. Prior to co-founding Collective Dynamics, over the past thirty years, Mr. Bacastow has held key positions in sales, systems development, EDP auditing, and management consulting. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Mr. Bacastow's experience is highlighted by numerous assessments of information technology solutions, processes and organizations to ensure that IT architecture, application system features and functions, and internal controls are commensurate with risks and management objectives. Mr. Bacastow is a member of the IT Governance Institute and is a Six-sigma Green Belt.

Michael L Aldredge, Board of Directors

Michael L. Aldredge is a Board member and serves as the Treasurer of the QuickVault, Inc. Mr. Aldredge is the President of Squire Inn, Inc - a hotel and real estate investment company based in Roswell Georgia. In addition to these roles, Mr. Aldredge is a Board member of Sandy Springs Revitalization, Inc since 1996 and he was an Organizer & Director of Chattahoochee National Bank from 1998-2004.

Mr. Aldredge Graduated from University of Georgia in 1975 with a BBA. He is married with 3 children.

Stephen P. White, Co-Founder, Board of Directors

Mr. White is a Partner and co-founder of Collective Dynamics. He has over 30 years of business management experience, predominantly in the financial services industry. Mr. White began his career at IBM and later entered the banking business focusing on information technology at both Wells Fargo and Wachovia.

Mr. White was also at Arthur Young as the Partner in Charge of the Financial Services consulting practice in the east region, where he was responsible for all financial consulting in 19 states. His experience covers a range of general management consulting skills including strategic planning, financial analysis, information systems, marketing, sales and product development. He has been a financial industry and payment system innovator in the area of EFT products, service and delivery.

Mr. White is a frequent speaker, author, and educator in a variety of industry areas. He leads strategic planning sessions for major corporations and has developed seminars for executives in the areas of leadership and vision. He has taught at numerous schools, including serving on the faculty of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking at Bucknell University.

Original Founders

Jay Regula, Co-Founder - Jay Regula is a co-founder of QuickVault, Inc. and a CIO/Partner in RapidStability, Inc. Jay brings around 14 years of experience in the information systems field to QuickVault, Inc. Jay has worked on several mission critical implementations for the last 12 years, adding value to many large fortune 100 corporations.

Prior to joining RapidStability, Inc, Jay held key technical, functional and managerial positions in ERP integrated financial system implementations, legacy applications interfaces, database design and development, GUI and web application software development, and quality assurance testing. He has enjoyed unprecedented success in the financial, health care, rental, staffing, credit card processing, and Internet industries. Mr. Regula has extensive knowledge and experience in managing, design, development and implementation of ERP applications, e-commerce sites, software development life cycle (SDLC) and databases with emphasis on core design, development, and testing overall including QA tasks.

Michael Heuss, Co-Founder - Michael is a co-founder of QuickVault, Inc. He brings more than 17 years of programming, consulting and development experience to QuickVault, Inc.

Mr. Heuss serves as senior architect and programmer for Cyber Studios, Inc. and has a proven track record in design, development and implementation of applications for large corporations. Through his attention to detail, he has consistently produced quality applications that exceed customer expectations.

Michael also serves as President of Cyber Studios, Inc., a programming, consulting and hosting company located in North Central Florida with a national customer base.
